Practices start August Wednesday 9th
Summer practices Monday – Friday
930-1200 Saturday August 12th OCCA cheer clinic 12-400pm
Welcome back teacher August ???
School year commitment: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri evenings (This includes games and practices)
Football (August-November):
Practices 430-630pm (Mon. Tues. Thursday)
Varsity games 700pm (Friday)
JV/Frosh games 400pm (Thursday)
Basketball:
Practices 4:30-6:30pm (Mon. & Thurs)
Varsity games 7:00pm (Tues & Fri)
JV/Frosh games 5:15pm (Tues & Fri)
Attendance:
Absent RSVP to the event (for planning, to make the most of practice time)
Must be at practice before game to cheer at game. If you are ineligible cheer at the game you must attend in full uniform and sit with the coach.
Coming to practice and doing what you can is better than not coming at all.
10 missed events will result in removal from the team

Physicals are good for 2 years
ALL freshmen need new one
