In order to be cleared to cheer in August please have all of the following completed:
Parent signed up on Team App
Cheerleader signed up on Team App, make sure to add a picture
Sign up on Family ID
Pay for camp, if you are attending
Pay participation fee (use touchbase online system or wait until the bookkeeper is back in Aug.)
Pay ASB card
Order uniform
Up to date Physical-turn into the athletic secretary
Physicals are good for 2 years
ALL freshmen need new one
Physical form found on resources tab
